Bogdan Rus

VP - Operations

After working in both office and field positions with KONE and ThyssenKrupp Bogdan brings a signifiant wealth of university and in the field knowledge, Bogdan not only carries a Computer Science and Economics degree but is also EDM-A licensed. He oversees all day to day activities and provides input on big picture items.

Florin Rus

VP - Maintenance

Florin provides signifiant International field experience and support expertise. As an adjuster and installer he has installed, inspected and tested thousands of elevators over his time within this industry. Florin has working internationally for KONE and locally with ThyssenKrupp.

Kyle Stewart

VP - Modernization

Kyle has officially joined us as the Vice President of Modernization, bringing with him an impressive background that spans over 10 years of extensive elevator modernization experience acquired during his tenure at the consulting firm KJA. In his new role, Kyle will take the helm and strategically lead the modernization business as we move forward into the future, ensuring growth and innovation in our offerings.

Mitch Thackeray

Sales Manager

Mitch Thackeray is the Sales Manager at Element Elevators Inc., bringing a wealth of experience from his tenure at TKE, where he held various sales positions. With nearly a decade of expertise in the elevator industry, Mitch has developed a strong understanding of the market and customer needs. His extensive background in sales allows him to effectively lead his team while fostering relationships with clients. Mitch's strategic approach and commitment to excellence are key assets as he drives sales initiatives and contributes to the growth of Element Elevators Inc.

Alberto Toarba

Modernization Supervisor

Alberto serves as the Modernization Supervisor, drawing upon years of dedicated experience with our team. His extensive background includes valuable tenure at Honda Canada, where he honed his expertise in parts and administration. Transitioning to field responsibilities, he gained firsthand insight into the demands of the trade. In his current role, Alberto supports the field staff while effectively managing our facilities, vehicle fleet, and inventory, ensuring seamless operations throughout the organization.

Michael Neamtu

Maintenance Supervisor

Michael Neamtu has shown remarkable dedication and skill at Element Elevators Inc. He began as a modernization apprentice, quickly mastering elevator systems and modernization processes. His aptitude led him to a leadership role running his own modernization projects. He then advanced to maintenance mechanic, further refining his technical skills, and soon became an adjuster, establishing his reputation as a knowledgeable professional. Currently, as the Maintenance Supervisor, Michael leads the maintenance department effectively. His expertise is validated by an EDM-A license, highlighting his proficiency in elevator maintenance and safety standards. Michael's journey reflects a strong commitment to excellence in the industry.

Billy Turda

Service supervisor

Billy Turda began his journey in the elevator industry with Element Elevators Inc. as a modernization apprentice. From the outset, he showcased remarkable quality in his work, a keen attention to detail, and a steadfast commitment to adhering to code compliance and safety protocols. These attributes propelled him to the position of lead modernization technician, where he continued to excel.

His dedication to excellence was a pivotal factor in the evolution of our service department. In his current role, Billy leads a dedicated team of service technicians, focusing on enhancing our operational capabilities and ensuring the highest standards of service for our clients. His expertise and leadership have significantly contributed to the continued success and reputation of Element Elevators Inc. in the industry.

Amanda Demirji

Office Manager / HR

Amanda Demirji possesses a solid foundation in both business administration and Human Resources, equipping her to effectively manage office-related information and oversee HR processes. Her expertise enables her to streamline operations, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with organisational policies. By applying her skills to various HR functions, Amanda contributes to a productive and positive workplace environment, instrumental in supporting the overall goals of the organization. Her role is pivotal in aligning human resources strategies with the business objectives, fostering collaboration and efficiency within the team.
